Deletion times
Conversion is for collection, not for keeping. The minutes that follow are a limit, not a courtesy period to be extended in silence.

What is removed
Objects in storage (uploaded and processed files), download links, temporary text-recognition files. No “for safety” copy of user PDFs remains. Deletion is ordinary behaviour.
What may remain (metadata)
If an account exists: job identifiers, tool, outcome, size, times, consents. Not the text, not the images. A guest does not accumulate a consultable history beyond file expiry.
What this service is not
It is not substitute preservation, not an official registry, not a vault, not a deposit box. Legal duties to keep records require one’s own preservation system, not Cifradocs.
Assisted summary
Not in service in this edition. If enabled, text temporaries would last minutes and the provider would appear among the sub-processors before any sending.
Texts: privacy notice, terms, tools. Note: sixty minutes, then the file is gone.
